How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of My Blog (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Fantastic quality, took some time to get here to Sydney, though..very glad it arrived, ridiculously good quality for what you pay for a little over $AUD 100 or so. 316L stainless steel, ceramic bezel, sapphire glass, decent movement. Alignment is good, a bit of backplay, magnifier is OK, maybe a little bit busy on the dial with its text, decent lume, I like the blue colour of the lume and it's OK, not brilliant. Good stainless steel bracelet. Good they removed the 'Japan MVT'. Didn't come with any tools, so had to go get the bracelet adjusted. Overall, very happy given what I paid for.

Amazing looking watch with a nicely decorated movement that unfortunately doesn't hack. The bezel has a bit of a cheap feeling click action but for the price it's not to bad. The bracelet is really nice for the price. The lume in the dial is also surprisingly good(not Seiko level but decent). The date magnifier is not great.

Arrived to Mexico after only 27 days, that is quite good in this hard time. Watch is excellent, keeps good time, dial is perfect and all hands perfectly aligned on markers, gmt hand is independently adjusted and aligns on spot hour precisely. Bezel insert is beautiful pepsi aluminum style, it looks great. The bezel itself does not align and is a little loose but not bad at all. Bracelet is very good, not glidelock but it has quicklink extention. All in all a very nice watch.

Very nice watch for fantastic price. Only two flaws on this beautiful watch: it has screw posts on bracelet which do come loose (I will get some Locktite and apply to screw posts) and the date window is off center when viewing the date. Otherwise great deal and I'm proud to wear as my EDC watch.

Watch arrived with a broken bezel & a badly printed insert. Spent almost 3 weeks going around in circles with customer services with the only solution being that I spend even more money shipping it back to wait even more time on a replacement. Disgrace
